Latest Updates from Our Project:

Funded in 3 hours & Day 1 Prop Drop!
4 months ago – Tue, Oct 28, 2025 at 02:30:38 PM

Hey everyone!

We're off to an incredible start and just broke 100k! Thank you all for backing Nail House. Now let's get into the real fun!

🎁 The Prop Giveaway
We built the entire set for Mama Wong's Dumpling House and hand-picked many of the props. Each day of the campaign, we're giving away a real prop directly from the set. Check back each day to see who won and to enter in the next giveaway!

 ☕ Today’s Prop: The Teapot

We're starting with a classic. This is the exact teapot that was once found in many Chinese restaurants, the teapot Freddie remembers fondly. It will now sit on the very tables where Dicky and Danny Wong’s story unfolds. It has seen things. It has been played with by Freddie himself.

Want it? We’ll keep it simple today.
👉 Leave a comment on this update and tell us what first got you into RocketJump.

We’ll pick one lucky winner and announce them in tomorrow’s update, where we’ll reveal the next prop up for grabs.

Join us for the premiere of The Boxcar Fight - a proof-of-concept action short and feature-length documentary. You'll get a peek behind the scenes at the making of Nail House, which just so happens to be going live on TUESDAY.

Watch the premiere live at 9 AM PT / 12 PM ET / 4 PM GMT. 👇👇

Only Two Days Remain until Launch

Make sure you follow the campaign! We'll send you a reminder when we launch, AND you'll receive a collectible set-accurate print of Mama Wong's Dumpling House Menu with your physical pledge. Just for clicking a button? Pretty sweet.

This is more than just a background prop; we dove deep into Chinese American restaurant lore and the Los Angeles Public Library's extensive database of actual '80s Chinese restaurant menus to recreate this collectible relic.
